Shipping

 

 

  • Orders are shipped via Aramex

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days

 

 


 

 

Return & Exchange Period

 

 

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order

 

 


 

 

Return Eligibility

 


To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

 

  • Be unused

  • Be unworn

  • Be unwashed

  • Be in original condition

  • Have all tags attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging

 


Items showing signs of use or damage are not eligible for return or exchange.

 


 

 

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

 

 

  • Returns and exchanges can be made at any Fimka branch

  • Within 14 days

  • Subject to the return eligibility conditions listed above

 

 


 

 

Online Returns & Exchanges

 

 

  1. Customers must contact Customer Service via WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving the order

  2. After confirmation, Fimka will arrange Aramex pickup from the customer

  3. Fimka covers all return shipping costs

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected:

     

    • A refund will be issued within 3 business days using the original payment method

     

 

 


 

 

Exchanges

 

 

  • Exchanges are processed directly

  • No refund or new order is required

  • Exchange shipping costs are fully covered by Fimka

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 

 

  • Refunds are processed after item inspection

  • Issued to the original payment method
