Customers must contact Customer Service via WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving the order

After confirmation, Fimka will arrange Aramex pickup from the customer

Fimka covers all return shipping costs

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

A refund will be issued within 3 business days using the original payment method
